We invite all of our clients to join us twice a year for our User Group. The User Group is incredibly valuable as it provides a chance for our clients to network and discuss different ways of utilizing our system for best business practice, as well as sharing ideas in an open forum to enhance the system.
Our lead developer presents the latest enhancements to be included in the release to follow the event, which are based on users’ requests from the previous user group. Our delivery road map is user defined, so at every user group, we compile our users’ wish list to action for the next release.
We also welcome our clients to deliver presentations themselves about ‘hot topics’ they are being faced with, within our industry which are very well received.
Our dedicated training staff, deliver very bespoke training on our software and modules. Beacuse of this we have no pre-written course material.
When our clients contact us to schedule a training course for their staff, we will get in touch to define exactly what the objectives of the training will be. We can deliver training to anybody who requires it, from administration staff and surveyors, to contractors and end users. We can provide an overview of the system and also drill down very specifically to areas the client wishes to use.
